History:
The Bastrop congregation began in 1942.
It has been meeting at its present location since 1962. The congregation
presently has one minister, three elders and four deacons. Church
attendance runs from 110 to 150. The Church has both teen and junior
teen programs and is involved in mission work in both the Ukraine and
Croatia.
